Questions
Your price stays the same at each renewal while your subscription is active. If it ends and you subscribe again, you pay the price at that time.
Does the price include tax?
No. US$39/year is before tax. Our payment provider adds any sales tax or VAT for your location at checkout, and you'll see the tax and the exact total before you confirm payment.
Plans and billing
Will the free tools stay free?
Yes. Every tool works without an account, and free tools never upload your files.
Who handles the payment?
Choose Stripe Managed Payments or Waffo at checkout. We recommend Stripe in Europe, the US and Canada, and Waffo elsewhere. Link is the merchant of record for Stripe Managed Payments purchases; Waffo is the merchant of record for Waffo purchases. The checkout shows the final total before you pay.
Does Pro renew automatically?
Yes, every month or every year, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from My account and keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, for your first payment: email write@lensup.ai within 7 days and we'll refund it in full. See our Terms for the details.
My files and sharing
Who can see my files?
Files in My files are stored privately in your account on our servers. Only you, and people you send a share link to, can download them.
How do share links work?
Choose 1 to 30 days. Anyone with the link can download the file until then. You can turn a link off any time and see how many times it was downloaded.
What happens to my files if I cancel?
When your membership ends, My files becomes read-only for 60 days: you can still download and delete files. We email you a week before anything is deleted. After 60 days, your files and links are deleted. If your payment is refunded, your share links stop working right away.
Privacy
What does "no ads" mean?
While you're signed in with Pro, LensUp pages load no ads, analytics or other third-party scripts.
